I don't know the answer to the firing order, but it certainly is different to the 430 as they use different crank configurations. One is cross plane and the other is flat.

How do you flat crank a Vee? Must have some differing firing intervals almost akin to the 'big bang' engines of 1990s 500cc GP bikes...

Doesn't matter a jot. I know exactly the firing order of both and there is a difference despite both being cross plane cranks.

The 3200 engine has a firing order of 1 - 8 - 4 - 5 - 7 - 3 - 6 - 2
