i have only had the countryman for 6 months, will there be a penalty if i took it back to mini to upgrade to this?

lol This is not done via BMW direct (there's fat chance of them matching this deal) so you've got little chance of pulling that off as nice as it sounds Dem.

There are always going to be cracking lease deals through the right channels so don't worry mate as I am in the same boat (6 months into a 2 year lease) and can't wait for the next one, to try something different. A year would be better in a way.

I don't mate, I understand the frustration but these will be around in a year or so. Wait for the Alfieri mate, save some pennies for a deposit in the mean time. I know I am!

Dem there may be a way but it will involve a fee and if you have paid 50% you can walk away. More info here

its 50% of the total not the payments? that's not going to happen....car is 25k so I need to pay over 12k for it

You can always get out of a deal, it just depends how much it's going to cost. The deals on the Grand Coupe are very very cheap for a £34k car. You would have to put in a £8-£10k deposit to get a monthly as low as that on a 4 year PCP.
