Qp gt s 4.2

QP GT S 4.2's still seem to be around the 30k plus mark so this one at 28995 seems like a decent price for a great car....But then I looked inside....Is it just me but why would you spec a red lower cash and a black interior...Just doesn't seem right.

I like it.....the red stitching is lovely and it goes well with the calipers.....the red dash is a bit too much but does break up the boring black on black

The trouble with the GTS is the auto box which is the first version used on the QP and is slow witted and saps power.......as for the red bits.......the first owners may have owned a chinese take away.
Alternative is to find a very late Sport GT Duoselect and get the Bilstein set up put on for 2K ish.
Best of both worlds....best duoselect and best setup.

I'm with you on the F1 Incarnation of the Duo- Select.( renamed MC- shift on the GT coupe).

Warmed up & used correctly, the kick in the pants in sport mode is addictive.

I'm on Skyhook which I like, soft round town. & hard in sport mode! Lovely

I like the red and black combo.
There are more dreadful colour combo's that have been specified!

Stitching and piping looks great but still think the lower dash looks very odd.....

I quite like the red.

I've had full red leather interiors on Alfas before. It sounds awful, doesn't look great in photos but is somehow rather nice in the flesh.

I like red leather, i will get red leather on white if i won the lottery but it has to be in the right places.....red dash looks odd...this one dont look that bad but some look like they belong in the red light district of amsterdam

At least the QP interiors seem to have escaped some of the more "eccentric" 3200GT interiors that were about in the late '90's. Mercifully most have disappeared.

Anyone remember seeing the green & red combo (and not having nightmares)?
