Oh my - Yellow

Surely the problem isn't that it's yellow (I also like it, as long as you're not shy...) but that it's left hand drive. Only going to appeal to someone who spends a lot of time in Europe, and why would they pay 115K for a UK car...anyone have any idea how our prices compare with elsewhere? (I would have thought their were bargains to be had in Italy, for example, but no idea how local taxes vary)

I'm with Norman, if you wanted a LHD, wouldnt you be looking in mainland Europe.

I like the colour, looks great. I had a dakar yellow M3 for a while, back when the hills were still young - loved it, but didnt like the fact you stood out in it. You fly down the M-way at 78mph (or so), you'll be eassy to pick from the crowd! Loveed the colour but didnt like the attention (it was a daily driver).

Mind, if you buy a GT-S MC Strad, you're not fussed about standing out! :)

I used to love the TVR Cerbera in Yellow, some cars just look right in Yellow. Not sure about this though.

A 2 ton, 5 metre slab of bright yellow paint - quite an eyeful. Maf's is a ******* and I bet that TVR looked great, but I'm not sure about a bright yellow Stradale.

(Why is cr@cker an obscene word?)

Haha. I was wondering what the word could be and came up with all sorts of obscenities that could fit the number of asterisks!

But is it loud enough for you, Ian? Innocent bystanders would see it coming for sure, but would they feel the ground quake as it approached?

I am sure it could be tweaked to let the full flavour flood out. I would love the opportunity to play with one. Maybe one day.

Glad I spotted that our filth sensor had done something strange... you may well have wondered why I'd offended your car!

Likewise. I've only ever seen one on the road and it was in whisper mode, took my son to point out what it was. Someone on here switched the suspension on their GTS to Stradale-spec, reckoned it transformed it. Personally I'd welcome the brakes off the Strad, assuming they bite harder than the spongy efforts on mine.

I de-catted my Triumph 1050 Sprint ST this afternoon because it was a little bit emasculated. It sounds much better now it can breath properly. Job jobbed!

Sure do. I've also got a 1976 Suzuki GT750A kettle and a 1976 Suzuki GS750DB. I use the Triumph for all weather commuting when I don't have to take a suitcase to work.
