Last two weeks have seen a 52 week high in the exchange rate...almost 10% from this time last year.

Both cars discussed (QP and 3200) way over priced
But
If it is true and they sell
then it makes the purchase price my QP the bargain of the decade when I bought it in Feb

Why do "we" keep knocking this and that for being too expensive? Yet the forums for their Italian stablemates are forever saying that their models are usually priced too cheaply.

Evo mag buying guide has no pics of a 3200 but a 4200.

Look again Phil. My friend has bought the blue 3200, shown in the EVO article in the "in the classifieds" section of the buying guide. It's a lovely example, and even has the extra leather pockets in front of the rear seats - surely about the most rare optional extra of them all on a 3200.

They are rare Ewan, only ever had them on one car of the 200 or so I've had, also rather pointless, hence the rarity!

i have nice leather pockets on the back of my seats, is that special for some reason? I keep my user manual in there so i know where the fuses are, and an AA map so i know where the nearest garage is, all essential for Maserati driving!!!

Davy, they are pockets below your knees when sitting in the rear seats, attached to the seats.

There was a pair on eBay a year or so ago.
In fact I bid on them but never reached the reserve.
I could see them handy for dropping a set of keys in, err, you are right pretty useless!

Just to upset the 4200 apple cart...Another very nice low milage RHD 3200GT sold for 30,000 Euros down here last week...

Ok, It was a South of France fat wallet, but the old 3200's are moving up!
