Nah, I've already got a shed in the garden.

I'll not mention the make, as the their Headquarters are trying their best to repair their reputation with me at the moment, which involves chucking dosh back at me.

There's a huge amount of misinformation/propaganda that's still lying around from the push for diesels years ago. The physics/chemistry just don't add up to economy of full life cycle costs when compared to lighter distillate fuels. Beefed up engine, valves, choked by filters and cats, greater weight, over stressed turbo engine to get enough power out the thing, huge flywheel's weight to spin up, servicing costs, and the whole unrewarding experience, disregarding the filth/particulates that they chuck out.
Half an hour driving in it annoyed me, another half hour and I was looking for a decent tree to drive it into. I stopped going in after a while, as did the wife; it just sat on the drive waiting to be kicked. Biggest mistake in car purchase.
There, I feel much better now having ranted that off my chest.
Just relieved to have got rid of the thing.
