Yes, I asked him via the eBay seller question feature how it is possible he has owned the car for 4 years when he in fact bought the car on 3rd September. I included a link to Paul's original listing! The response I got is quite comical! This guy is a total chancer. The deceit irritates me somewhat.

Are you going to share his reply?

Here is this seller's reply to my question:
"Hi there I'm selling the car under the old description, I have only had it for a couple of weeks. The previous owner has had it for 4years. I cannot keep the car due to unexpected circumstances. The previous owner was selling the car on sports maserati.com for around £11 000

By all means the car is genuine and any inspection is welcome, sorry but it is just easier to sell under the previous listing, sorry for the confusion,

Kindest regards,

Michael"

His list is nothing like Paul's!!

He's trying to work a fast one without much effort and make money, it's the lies that caught him out..!!

Why is the mileage different? The first car was 73k in the ad and this one was 69k, weird!

Other than the blatant dishonety what irks me is that the (new) seller is effectively acting as a trader (assuming the sudden-change-of-circumstances story is a bag of BS) but is not providing the assurances / warranty / after-care which is a trader is obliged to provide. Plus not paying taxes etc etc. It stinks.

That's why Ebay is not ideal for a car like this. Letting a car go like that for 6900 is sacrilege!

Wheelers Dealers next month will bring the demand back for them once everyone realises how stunning they are!

To be honest I'd have taken it off Paul at that price but why it wasn't advertised on here I don't know!
