They are getting so rare, I bet you're glad you got yours back!
My old one is undergoing (another) engine rebuild and a being re-painted by it's new owner currently. Maybe I should look to get it back when it's finished!

Very glad, I count myself fortunate. That was a bit like mine, she went away for 8 months or so, and came back with all the dents, ( small,) gone, a new dash top, and generally pampered. Still a couple of jobs to do now, bubbling starting at rear arches and I must get the headlights sorted a s badly scratched.

Mine is undergoing some work as well. Swapping of Old headlights into newly refurbished ones, in total 3 suspension bushes are being changed as a pre-cautionary measure (!), major engine service, repair of small rust bubble under boomerang backlights, new handbrake cable, and more Interior work booked in later on in the year to finish it off plus a respray of the rear arches! But it's going to be amazing once it's all done! Would be boring otherwise :)

I've had a lot of major work th last two years, it's running so well now. I've been out for a few trips 2- 3 hours each and enjoyed every minute.

I'm going to wait for one more service then get a full re-spray as the bonnet, boot, wheel arches and a couple of tiny rust spots are appearing in a few places. I keep it in a garage so have been able to keep it nice and dry when not in use.

And I had considered swapping mine for a C4S! I think i had better have a "Word" with myself.

If we all keep them then prices are going one way. It's the choppers and changers who affect the prices and panic into selling at silly low prices.

(says the guy who paid £4k for one! :D )

my own manual AC will be dusted off and back on the road this summer. God willing and subject to bank overdraft, naturally.
Anyone want to bid for my QP Sport GT ? Will have to go once the old blower is back up and running.
