Unfortunately the only way you can repair this is by replacing the rear window .
This is a fault that happens when cars are parked outside in Snow and Ice .

I viewed allot of these cars recently, and most of them if not all of them suffered this problem, one of the owners, who had his for about 6 years and a forum member said his did this everytime the weather was colder, and once it got warmer it went back to its original shape. So if its not leaking then i would either leave it, or if its more a visual thing i would bond the seal down.
