GT for me...Love the GS but as it would be an everyday car I thin the newer GT would be easier to live with..........

Gt is the much better car but the GS has more feel and soul

GTS vs GS, no contest, but it's a lot of wedge

This time next year I'd snap that up... especially as this time next year it'll be £24k or less!

Whilst I've never been a fan of the 4.2 at that kind of money you can't go wrong.

Why is that Geoff....?

A bit complex but the GT is sold in Australia in what is described as full volume. The only cars we can import privately are ones you have owned and driven overseas for 12 months, cars over 25 years old or cars that were sold in what is described as low volume. 3200/4200/GS were all low volume models. Other toys that are on the low volume list and can be brought in privately are a whole range of Ferraris, some Lambos , Aston Vanquish and DB7. Unfortunately DB9 is full volume. I don't actually know what full volume and low volume means other than I can't get my hands on a GT. at a reasonable price.

Sun and beach or a maserati......thats a thread in itself....

Now you have a nice option because you can come here for two years (I think) and bring your car without paying duty but you have to take it out again after the two years. Of course you could just move here permanently and bring your car tax free then you have sunshine, beaches and Maserati

It's possible, Geoff, that you just wrote the most perfect sentence ever in the history of blooody good suggestions. Though I've never been to Aus I'm pretty sure I'd want to stay. I'd miss this contrary old place, but more reliable weather would be a joy.
