Think it needs to be seen in the flesh, as it is I find the back end a bit fussy and muddled.
Almost odd..

Perhaps I'm just resistant to chance, but I prefer the old one. Especially in Grigio Silverstone with a nero interior.

Ferrari have invited me out to Villa Erba on Como for the Gala Dinner and unvailing on Monday. I fly out Sunday night with Dinner Jacket duly packed etc. I knew the face lift was coming but couldn't wait any longer. Got mine in May 2015 but was told today that Jan/Feb 2017 will be the earliest.

The fear was that as Pinin had nothing to do with the design it might get a touch of over styling and looking at the back it reminds me of a cross between a VW Scirroco and a Ferrari 355. Not sure about it, would have to see it in the flesh first. Plus specced up it will be 300+ without too much trouble.

Yeah, I'm with Phil on that. Not a fan. But as Barry says, could be different in the flesh. I hope so.

Barry, watch that you don't get Champagne goggles at Villa Erba and wind up ordering one.

Hi BJL, have Pinin been dropped from the road cars? I realise they weren't on the LaFerrari.

Love this and the FF. Thing is, they're way out of my league, even when 5 years old, but it's good to dream......

The new car is going to render yours worthless very soon, Barrie. My original offer still stands, but be quick before I offer less!

Are you bringing the FF to the Ace this week?

I don't think Pinin has a hand on any Ferraris since the 09 - 2013 California, the F12 and FF. Oh and the 458

The whole thing about the proportions and what works is all very subjective, we don't all like the same cars or women for that matter - each to their own - but for me, I like the look of this facelift at first glance and look forward to seeing one in the flesh
