Well I have it back at my van and I have not stopped grinning. That's the quickest I have used 40 of fuel before. I have had the dilemma now of where to park it at van. Surrounded by trees = sap. Can see me doing a lot of cleaning.
Over the moon!!!

Congratulation. Educated guess but i would say you didnt get much sleep last night and have a crazy grin on your face today. I'm 7 weeks in and the grin still isn't fading. Washing and waxing isn't a chore anymore either. You get to know your car and its curves and lines better when you wash and clean it yourself.

Enjoy and i look forward to seeing it at Brunty.

Some more pics from today - just put another £40 of fuel in - I think its going to be an expensive "getting to know each other"
The carbon fiber steering wheel is a thing of beauty - IMHO.

Love the colour.

i do too - depending on the light it can go from like a purple to the blue in the pics. I am heading to a car factors tommorrow as I think I will need a full detailing kit at the van as well as home!!!

Going to need some over time!!!

Dave, just read this as missed it up to now. Congrats old bean....it has been a while coming but worth it in the end. Lovely car....look forward to seeing it at a meet/event or something. You show me yours & I'll show you mine!

Took me nearly a year from initial registration on the forum & research to finding/buying mine. Patience is a virtue!

Good luck with it & enjoy. Definately needs a little more volume!!

I still have all the old original exhaust parts to return back to stock. Had new front non-squashed front secondary decat section and rear boxes removed with straight through rear pipes. Left centre silenced x-pipe section as stock. Plenty of noise now...and I mean plenty. It is on the edge. As a 3rd weekend play car it is perfect. Daily driver....no way for me.

So is that GS seats, GS door cards, GS Steering Wheel, GS paddles, GS pedals, 4200 console, 4200 alloys and rest 4200? Funny the original wanted half a 4200 and half a GS but didn't want a whole GS. I am guessing this was done out of the factory? Or was it done later by an owner at some point? Very unique.

I agree, although its the seats and door cards that are normally just GS items, which does make it unique, and very nice.
Would love a pair of GS seats in mine, would be perfect then.
