Hi Ian,

I am not part of the BIAMF. Apologies if I gave that impression.... The organisers normally contact applicants by e mail confirming their entry. This is accompanied with a link so that they can receive payment (£5 per vehicle entered). Acknowledgment can take a while so it's worth being patient before making further enquiries. Once this part has been completed participants are then sent joining instructions a few days before the event by post.
