If the warning lights 'only' need a reset why not do it before sale? Eyes wide open I think, even as a keeper.

If I was looking for a QP the Pontececchio car on your other thread would be so much more appealing Andy. It's a cracking colour.

Drivers seat and rear console leather look a bit worse for wear..!! Airbag and suspension arms, I wonder if it's had a front end shunt..??

I had mine up for sale on PH and eBay for 15k, the black one with 68k on the clock and was offered from 10 to 12.5k.

Took it off the market as it's worth more to me than that but that was all I was offered and it's a lot better than the one in question that seems to be accident damaged if you ask me.

If that's all they're fetching the car is a keeper.

If you have a good one, they are very underated for the money they seem to be fetching, we can only assume it's the mileage that spoils the price, I can't think of anything else..!!

68k on the clock is what I would call used, and these cars like to be used.

The QP is one of the best kept secrets in the car world, I don't think the GT will ever depreciate to the same levels but I may be wrong, and for that reason I'll keep hold of her and use her as my daily driver.

Agree, use them as theya re all the better for it...Nearly 10 ears old and 70k up is not high miles to me...

....it may not be high....but remember 10 yrs old..........and at a point in its life were additional TLC needed......still a very complex, highly tuned supercar with supercar costs......always bear that in mind

Maserati never did/do cheap cars

Think we have to reflect on the fact that a ten year old car is not everyones cup of tea esp for a family sporting saloon...all large cars are hard to shift after a certain age.

We all know as well that they are not cheap to look after properly and for many 2k + on breaks would be hard to swallow as one example...so when they have issues and higher miles they are unwanted

I have to agree with the sentiments expressed, if I had one I think it would be a keeper. The same happened with my 98 XJR, that's why I kept it so long and why the mileage was 168K when I finally sold it for a few grand last year..!!

This makes me wonder. My 06 QP has now covered 51k miles. Should I out it now for, say £16k (?), or is it already in the "keeper" bracket!!! Your collective thoughts are welcome.
