Glenn left and is the Estate Manger for my neighbour and Ian and his Dad have done a load of building and maintenance work for me over the years...
Service is less personalised to be honest but that is generally the way of the world for big corporates now...
Ian was a rockstar and from my point of view it went downhill after he left. Unlike the rates, which literally doubled. £200+VAT. Pah! Not on my debit card, you don't. Karen, as you say, is superb. Best customer service of any of the front of shop team, including all of the sales team.
That's a good reminder about Ian. I have his details from after he left. I should get back in touch with him. Have you been happy with his work? If his standards now are half as good as when he was at Lancaster then he'll be too good for this creaky old drum.
