A shout out

I am as guilty, as I am sure most of us are, of mouthing off and moaning about poor or shoddy services received so for a change here is a shout out that I have been impressed by the service I received from Nareman at Nuvola leading up to and since I bought the GT from him.
Knowing I was having to fly down late on a Friday night he found me a hotel within walking distance of his base which would not break the bank. When I got to his base next morning the car was ready and beautifully prepped waiting for me and he then guided me to petrol and the best route out of London North before waving goodbye.
A week after buying the car though we all know lockdown hit so she has largely been sitting doing nothing on the drive, so a waste of nearly 3 months of a 6 month warranty you say? No, Nareman offered to start warranty at end of lockdown and even got me fixed up with a 12 month warranty instead of the 6 months agreed at sale.
What a gent and a true pleasure to do business with.

Excellent service and it’s costs nothing to be nice.

Im amazed at the amount of blunt, rubbish and general poor service, advise, communication there is out there across all walks of life not just car related.

Good for Nuvola, reputation goes a long way

Very good to hear. I have to say that I too received excellent service from Nareman when I bought my second Maserati, my MC Shift a number of years ago.
A lovely guy and the standard of his cars was exceptional, one of the good guys for sure

So your old 3200 has gone then?

That's great to hear, Greg, and I'm not remotely surprised. My GTS was from Nareman and he was exceptional to deal with. He is beyond meticulous with the cars he sells and takes very personal pride in every aspect of the process and the car itself. I'm not sure who he uses for inspections and prep these days, but it was used to be a main dealer with an equally fastidious team who made sure that everything was spot on. Also, his prices are perfectly reasonable. Main dealer service (literally, in some aspects) with the care and attention to detail - and pricing - of an independent.

So, Nareman does have exceptional reputation for which he should be commended for, but he is pure sales, so whom is doing the service work?

Lancaster Colchester usually.

Is that still the case, Dicky? Certainly used to be, and he got good rates that Lancaster honoured for as long as you had a Nuvola / Nareman car. Since, Ian, the excellent service manager, left quite a few years back I wasn’t sure if the relationship endured.

Paul who has been there forever is still there as well as Karen who does all the admin and bookings (who has been a massive help over the years)...

Glenn left and is the Estate Manger for my neighbour and Ian and his Dad have done a load of building and maintenance work for me over the years...

Service is less personalised to be honest but that is generally the way of the world for big corporates now...
