You'd end up swearing at them if you met either of them...both are egotistical boy racers with their ASBO exhausts. If this was a Max Power forum, they'd be in 1 litre Saxos...but with powerful ICE system... dum DUM DUm Tsk

Yeah, its kind of normal service. If you imagine the rest of us are drinking our pints and saying 'Benny and MAF are having a tiff again' It's a bit like the idiot son and his stupid girlfriend having a tiff over dinner. We all just roll our eyes and wait for it to blow over.

Fortunately it doesn't spread and Benny spends most of his time in some kind of stupor...

I've not posted on here before as I don't actually own a Maserati YET.
I've retired from active stage rallying due to a back injury and I'm about to put my car (Celica ST185 GT4) up for sale and the funds will go in my piggy bank towards a 4200 Coupe.
I have been watching prices for around the last year and they do appear to be gradually going up, but please not £45K as that puts it way way beyond my means :frustrating:

One thing I did notice about the advert was that it's had 6 owners in 27K, why?
That would have my alarm bells ringing, is it a lemon perhaps!

Oh, don't worry, a regular 4200, even a late manual one shouldn't set you back anything like that money. Divide by two and you'd get yourself a really top car if it's a Coupe you're after. You should get plenty of change from £20k.

When you are buying, let us know her and we'll help you get a *******.

The problem is that at 45k a 4200 ain't going to be the choice of anyone when you can get a GT/S for the same money.

GTS and GS will be the same price by the end of next year with the GS continuing to rise and the GTS continuing to fall.

The GTS will rise again but for now it's the GS that is in acendancy.

Well at least you've finally realised the GS is the superior car to the GTS!

Matt has a point, though. 4200 values will follow GranSport values and they'll overtake the GTS as well due to rarity and being seen as more of a sports car.
