This car came up for sale before Christmas but must have been taken off as the photo's are the same.....It has just been on ebay and now it's on PH.....

I just sooooo want this.....A leggy GS or a low mile face lifted 4200...After using Marks face lift 4200 I think I would go the 4200 route and this one os the perfect spec for me...

LHD rear gear lever....Is the reverse on the other side on yours SF.............I think, but I could be wrong, that they changed it for the face lift but I sure someone could confirm...

Gear lever is a LHD unit, must be, my lever is a direct mirror to that , lever on the right nearest the driver, buttons on the left angled to the driver...

It's not a practical problem as I, for one, never use the two (ice and auto) buttons and it could be used to bargain a few quid off.

Wonder if this had had a few LHD parts fitted?

The emblem is on the opposite side of the glove box to my late 03 car.

I hope he gets the price as that is strong enough for a private sale - great if he does and my depreciation assumptions would need reconsidered (not that I am selling anyway).

dealers are trying to get more for late face lift models.....He had a starting price od 21k on ebay and I think he was asking closer to 23k back last year........Low miles, good service history recent clutch will always command more.......I like this one a lot.....

Mark, can not remember where you reverse thing is as yours is also a late face lift...?...

Good to hear Andy, I just didn't think the miles were thaaat low for a 2005 (mine has 37k and I think of it as medium miles, not low). Anyway, as I said great if the facelifts are fetching more and this one has the nice mesh grill which I think looks better.

Hopefully I've attached a photo of my interior with the gear lever on the right?! Having said that though, there is evidence the panel has been removed at some point so may have been replaced with the RHD unit?

Mines a 2004 pre-facelift .......

The mesh grill does look much better than the slats I agree......I think 35k is good miles ...Not high and not so low that it hasn't been used......That is a 19/20k car if a real good one.......These are often over looked as apart from the side skirts, wheels and the xtra 10bhp a GS has they are the same .....

I hate to start getting boffin here .... mine hasn't got the cup holder but a little cubby hole & cigarette lighter & has a little handy "phone holder" next to the wing mirror adjust buttons too .....

And the coupe camciocorse lettering is on the other side of the glovebox ....?

Do you think it makes any difference mine was originally supplied in Ireland?
