I love those shoes - best bit being the negotiation with the chef in the restaurant opposite for a pair of clogs, because I had lost my shoes. I was mildly oblivious as to their neck based location!

Sad news this morning the guy who originally started our Le Mans group and has been there every year since 1988 died over the weekend. Not sure 2017 will be quite the same without him

Clarification the Le Mans group I go with is not the the SM group regardless the spirit of Le Mans lives with all who have been and any stalwart will be missed. I am sure we will rise more that a glass or two in memory

It was a night of heroic achievements. Well done to all those who also managed the impressive feat of decorating their hotel rooms before the sun came up.

Funny thing was we sorted Damos room out as in he went back and paid the charges and just as we were leaving i get the hotel lady asking me wherfe Maverick is....haha same thing apparently he never made the sink in time
