Outbound: 09.00 13th June 2017
Arrives: 13.00

Cherbourg to Portsmouth 3hr Hispeed
Return: 17.00 19th June 2017
Arrives: 19.00

We will get a 10% discount bringing it to £255.60 per car with 2 passengers. John, you may need to stick one of yours in with one of the single guys to board so you don't get charged more.

UPDATED list: Mike and Nigel are giving it a miss this time, they are instead going off in a different direction taking in Spa and the likes so we do have 2 space, 4 people in total remaining.

We have thus 2 further ferries we have to fill for the 21 reserved to get the discount or the price will go up £15-£20 per booking.

Hey Hoyin. It will be here before you know it!

Everything is booked with the exception of the 2 hotels/overnight stays. As we travel hispeed from Pompey to Cherbourg, we have the entire centre/West side of Northern France to explore.

The towns this year will be smaller and quieter than last years 2 night monumental bender and looking for a more cultured tour this year.....famous last words!

Culture? Well we could see the Bayeux Tapestry, the sites of the D-day landings, I personally would like to see the Radar Museum near Caen..

Or we could just hit the pub!

Bateaux Tapestry is one huge let down, just a long piece of tatty cloth - IMO

You can go and look at some French knitting if you like , Im off to Calaise to shoot the remainder of the so called refugees with an air gun from my elevated hideout . That could be hours of fun . You win a free beer if you hit them in the nuts .

They are not refugees, they are migrants. Refugees stop in the first safe place (unless France is now a warzone?).

Watch out you don't shoot any kids, they look about 30.
