Hartwell has protocol in place that says if you deal with a client that has been speaking to another branch then that client should be referred back to the original branch as that was the original point of contact........nuff said about what happened here.They will use the " you spoke to salesman A" meanwhile "salesman B sold it" without knowing about your enquiry!!!
