My 4200 is currently with Larini H-pipe and factory rears (secondary cats also removed) - the difference over stock is noticeable in the growl and more bass but it isn't noisy. The factory rears suppress the sound massively compared to when I had Larini rears and H-pipe combo - huge difference...

Jim the landlord is a Maserati and supercar enthusiast. The Summer Party has been going for several years now and is well supported. It was originally an exclusive Maserati event but is now open to all marques - I understand that there was some fine classics on show at the 2015 party.

If it was detailed the paintwork would have depth and shine, it would look beautiful. Do think silver wheels suit Argento Luna better than darker wheels somehow... Maserati colour is blue - the greys and silvers are pretty bland and just fade into the sea of Mercs and Audis on the roads....:cool:

I wonder if the revving that you were doing last Saturday/other occasions (when the cat is cool) could have caused unburnt fuel to then ignite in the cats which eventually caused the ceramic material to melt/breakdown. It's a well known cause of for cat breakdown, and probably worth mentioning...

My 4200 Facelift was the same - I had Giallo adjust it to GS settings when they did the geometry - definitely an improvement in ride and looks even though its only 10mm change!

Kenny I understand that there were only 85x 4200 & GS registered in 2007! I have an 2006 Argento Luna 4200 which there were just 11x 4220 & GS registered in this colour this year! So very very rare :clap1: EDIT: these are UK numbers only!
