Gransport headlamp height adjustment - Halogen

I'm trying to adjust the headlamp height on my gransport after it failed an MOT for being set too high. I have tried to find on other threads the adjustment, but they seem to refer to the Xenon lights. That adjustment screw is not visible to me. I know the knob adjusts horizontally. Can...

    Window mech Failure

Yes I have read that, but it only covers disassembly. It does not cover glass set. ie, which of the adjustable points on the regulator & rails you start off with.

    Window mech Failure

Yeah I read on one of the threads that they Alfa part lifts through a different range. Is this just the teeth plate that causes this or is the arm of the mech slightly different?

    Window mech Failure

Hey Chaps, The window mech on my GS has gone in spectacular style (see image below). Window dropped when I opened the door, then a horrid grinding noise. Been looking around and the OEM part is £550, although this seems to include new sliders etc. too. Read a few comments about the Alfa part...

    Jobs / Interviews / Contracts

Hi Dave, I always found the petrochem industry very stingy when it came to pay, unless you where offshore or in Aberdeen. I use to work for a valve company, invented new products for them which made them millions more each year. They wouldn't even consider giving me a pay rise at the annual...

    just coming up to70 :(

I'm with you on this, cars are meant to be driven! Mine just tripped over 84k. Never missed a service, done 8k miles every year of its life. I bought it at 68k 2 years ago, so it had already lost all its depreciation.

    Warwick Supercar Meet

TheWSM.co.uk So now that I am spending more time down in Warwickshire, and being unable to find a similar, regular event like the Leeds supercar meet, I have been inspired to start my own up. Having met Arfa and David and a few others at the LSM I have found it a great community of owners and...

Not the news I was waiting for...

Don't believe everything you read on the internet, especially if it its from one source! I would be amazed if Maserati did this. If you read the same story on 5 well known websites, then it could probably be true, but not on a tabloid website like this.

    CCTV setup recommendations please

Sorry to hear this, some people are just dicks for no reason. We have a cheap system at home, quick and simple to set up and surprisingly good quality for the money. Check out Y-cam. Cameras work through wifi or cat5 network. All videos are stored online. Decent app to watch and change...

    Tyres

Another +1 for the supersports, transformed the handling of my GS. Amazing in the dry, decent in the wet.

Blast from the past! JP in Dubai! Need a new stereo for the GS!

I went for the Blaupunkt Stockholm 230. Bluetooth, USB, AUX and DAB (not sure how relevant DAB is in Dubai). It's a nice subtle head unit without being too flashy like you see from Alpine/Sony etc. Full phone functionality too with ext mic.
