    Another Alfa concept revealed

Without doubt the work of a very passionate and highly skilled 3D artist. I always admire these people who do these kind of things in their free time, just because they love doing it. Just why call it an Alfa Romeo?

    What's in your shed?

It's not running yet, but at least it looks like a car again (a few years ago it was just a pile of parts..). Every weekend I'm rolling her out of the shed so I can continue working.

Got the baby seat... a Cybex Cloud Q in a beautiful burnt orange colour. Yes, it doesn't quite blend in with the dark blue leather, but then again, why hiding it? I made a cushion out of firm foam that sits nicely underneath and the baby seat sits safe behind the passenger seat rear-facing as it...

Today the baby trolley arrived! My bother's son is now old enough to only occasionally use the 3-wheel jogger, so he doesn't need to old pram any more and sent it to us. It's a very classy Joolz Day and we immediately tested if it would fit in the boot of the 3200. Just folded there's no way...

Exactly what I was thinking.... I really can't imagine any baby / kids seat should will ever last that long, even though it's perhaps engineered to do so.

But that's because yours is a 4200, right? I don't think a 3200GT can ever match a screaming kid. Not even with mad exhausts.

Thanks! I feel it's the beginning of a great adventure!

Actually, I love my in-laws and I'm quite happy they will come over from Brazil to stay with us for a month.

And when you're sleep deprived and have a little bundle of 'joy' screaming their head off, the last thing you need is more hassle.... but that should apply to any car you're diving, no?

Interesting.... need to have a look!

Me and my brother in the narrow gap behind the seats in my father's Alfa Romeo Spider. Good old times. By todays standards we should not have survived growing up like this!

Been at Halfords today to get some advice. The assistant was very friendly and knowledgable (about babies, less though about Maseratis). So, this is what I've learned: 1) The idea of getting one of these new multi-age seats that fit from newborn to 7 or 12 years is rather ambitious. Those seats...

    It's Blue Nettuno.

    We grew apart...

I've just renewed my ad on Piston Heads. As expected, selling a 3200GT does take it's time. But then again, that only means I can enjoy her for longer. The question is, will the baby seat fit? I have 6 more weeks... :)

    We grew apart...

Last week a gentleman did see the car and quite liked it, but he was looking at some other cars, too... so in the end the 3200Gt wasn't exactly ticking all his boxes. His loss and I should be happy that I can keep her a bit longer :) Mind you, she's still for sale.
