I have never used them, so I can't reccomend it, especially following the posts above, but in the states Wall mart sell a kit especially for this, with an attachment for a drill, some 'fluid' and a cloth!

I have the 550 discs fitted now with the mintex pads from brakes int. When I took the old pads out one of the metal spring plates that fits under the 2 bars and holds the pads in place was broken. Eurospares say they only come when you buy a new set of oem brake pads, and cant be bought...
