The GTS with the sports pack has the exhaust valves that open all the time when in sports mode. So it's sound is like the MC shift but obviously you don't have the rapid gear changes, but the positive is no clutch to replace.

When I picked up my GTS from greypaul they were adamant that there was no benefit of using super over regular and that using regular was completely fine. I have used both and don't notice a difference.
