WRT No 5 ( inside rider). That is the law here in Denmark. If you are turning right across the cycle lane and a cyclist is going straight on. You’re fooked. That also counts on roundabouts. So if you’re turning off and a cyclist is going straight on, you stop on the roundabout and give way.
on the other issue regarding space. I always thought it was pass affording the same distance as passing another vehicle. I got hit by a driver on my **** and elbow as he. Passed me. There was no oncoming traffic.
I chased hard for about 2 miles through a 30 zone but couldn’t catch him. But, I spotted his car parked in the car park in the plant next to ours. And for good reason the tale ends there……
