Did mine last week so im hoping she will be fine for the winter.
Range Rover will be on standby if the weather gets dire.
If the white stuff falls then the Celica GT4 will come out for a play or testing officer.

Lov it Phil ,i ran mine for several weeks last year in the snow , and the year before , they cope with it admirably if your very light footed , far superior to either of the mercs , which are an absolute nightmare even with new tyres, but i'd suggest to get the celica out anyway just for the crack

Have felt some uncertainty with tickover during the warm up cycle on my 2006 QP. This led to the occasional stall. Historically nothing found on diagnostics. All guages appeared normal. However engine management warning light appeared on the display recently. The issue was the thermostat. Emblem replaced this yesterday and refilled system with fresh antifreeze. (The thermostat on this model is supplied complete with housing and O ring) Also checked levels and wheel bolt torque. All OK.

Loz,

The Celica will be coming out for sure as got plenty of rallying planned for 2011 and as the Somerset levels are in my backyard she has to do some testing.
Gave the 4200 a good clean yesterday and gutted that one of my new team dynamics wheels with the Pirelli p zeros that i got of ebay has a stone chip on one of the spokes.
Joys of living rural and badly maintained highways that we have and wanting to drive my car so often hence why i keep a Range Rover as well.
Well its not raining here so im off out for a drive down to Devon and Dorset.

Thats it mate get out early whilst the roads are still relatively clear , stone chips are a fact of life with these cars, front bumpers are like hoovers and attract chips like filings to a magnet , whatever you do always keep well clear when following 3200's , the design or the rear bumper spoiler , acts as venturi for road gravel , its like following a sand blaster

You aint far wrong Loz...........................front of mine is like a 6 pack of quails eggs.........I didn't know a pebble dashed finish was a must option on them!

Mind you, the roads here are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo horrific I sometimes think that Maserati have indeed developed an SUV vehicle just for me........;)....;)

What a good day for it done 3 counties Somerset, Devon and Dorset 200 miles done and had a good lunch in Lyme Regis even saw someone swimming in the sea albeit in a wet suit.
The car though now needs a good clean again but it was a blast out on a nice autumn day.

With my top lip hair im going to be like Jason King with my Grand Tourer.
I have to agree that life with a Maserati is Good.

Mines shut away for a few months now.

Last weekend washed down the underside and two coats of Swsvax to the paint, then left in the sun to dry off, then in the garage to be dried via a fan on the underside for a couple of days.

Last night all wheels off and cleaned the wheel arches, callipers, dampers etc.

Today I finaly got round to the head-ligt on the LHS which needed slight adjustment as it was a little low.

Next week it will be the leather.

Peter,
Can't believe you are putting yours into hibernation.
Today was great for a drive and we have some fantastic countryside here in the southwest.
