Most washer pumps have a fine mesh around the pump inlet and its most likely blocked with gunk if the pump sound healthy.
One of the most common mot failures for me.
You will probably have to get the wing inner liner out to get to the pump.
Hi I wonder if you can help me. the washer jets have stopped working on my 3200 2001 model. both passenger and driver side not working. washer motor is still operating - noise heard. It similar if not the same to your post above. How can I remedy the situation? Thank you JulianMost washer pumps have a fine mesh around the pump inlet and its most likely blocked with gunk if the pump sound healthy.

Nothing beats removing the pump from the reservoir and washing it all out and not putting too much neat screenwash in there. Thanks for your reply, I did try a pin in the jets to clear any debris. Also when I keep trying to operate the washer soap suds appears to tickle out of the jets. all 6 jets operate the same. Could it be the fine mesh that is blocked near the pump outlet? if so how do you clear the blockage.thank you

Front wheel needs to come off.
It takes so long to drip water into the reservoir from the engine bay
Taking the front wheels off and filling direct Is probably quicker!
