Well done mate! Told you - night and day - I don't think the other car is worth anything near what it's been advertised for! You will really enjoy the car I sure did!

Thanks mate, cant wait to get it now. I didn't even drive the other car, looked at both inside and out and had made up my mind. The test drive was a bonus.

Picking up on saturday, fly down early and drive back to glasgow. 6 hours to get to know her will be fun. Clearing space in the garage this week so she can get tucked up during the week.

Awesome! I bought my Jaguar XKR from a lad in Glasgow and did the return leg in 4 hours flat lol you will love it!!

Make sure you clarify warranty terms. Nareman used to supply a warrantywise platinum warranty but he recently told me he now underwrites his own warranty. This is great as he is an honest chap but check you won't need to send the car back down if you had any issues. You want to ensure you can use a local dealer if needed!

could lose my license in less than 6 hours the number of cameras on that route now...lol.

confirmed with him that I can use anywhere i want including main dealer so wont need to return the car which is good.

That show he has a lot of faith in the cars he sells and the generally solid reliability of the Granturismo! :)

I had a couple of issues and Nareman kindly allowed me to have the work carried out at my local MD and picked up the tab - he's a real gent

That's the truth. Although the more I learn about my local MD the more attractive it is to use Grimaldi or Autoshield, both of which are excellent in my experience.

Yes, the difference between the MDs are light years it seems. I can't fault mine however, Marshall in Peterborough. Under Nareman's warranty, they have replaced the air con compressor (supplied by Nareman) & radiator plus for me, they have done the rear brakes and fitted my Larini system and the work has been faultless. Plus they are happy to use non OEM parts in some cases and in the case of my exhaust, even fitted used parts which not all MDs would do. Thoroughly recommended

Well after an 8 hour drive home because of a closed M6 she's all tucked up in the garage. Great drive, lots of fun with sport mode, really pleased..

Well done mate, enjoy in good health...I still miss the sound!!! Seriously thinking of upgrading my 458 exhaust to a capristo now :)
