Im not offering much insight into the workings of AV Engineering's policy- I did try to approach them with a view to getting a specific gearbox issue resolved about 8-9 months ago. I am not local, and the logistics of becoming a returning customer was not appealing to me but something that I think they viewed as pivotal to their willingness to take the car on at the time....

Emblem are fantastic and have looked after my three coupes. They are now as close to a main dealer price wise, although attention to detail and knowledge of no longer in production Maserati is far better than main dealers.
Their free Saturday service is as good as a PPI, and I can guarantee they will leave no stone unturned... oh and I bet your red positive terminal cover is loose!

As I live I Kent I wouldn’t go anywhere else than AV Engineering.

What if they didn't want to service it anymore ? Not sure you read the previous posts about them regarding unavailability, where's next best for you ?
