As you know the GS wheels are v.rare and v.expensive.
I recently had a fight with a pothole which resulted in a puncture and a crack in the front alloy, but not bad enough to leak air.
Long story short, I managed to replace it quickly with a new one (it's my day-to-day car) and I now have a cracked GS alloy sitting doing nothing.
I was wondering whether it's worth the effort to get it professionally repaired, refurbished and then to sell it on?
The repairer assures me that they'll be able to repair and that they'll guarantee it, but how much would you pay for one?
i.e. is it viable?
Cheers,
Paul
