From what i remember the stainless steel route works out around £13 per stud and yes after you have picked yourself up from the floor laughing , and re-settled we have found the best and most cost effective way to keep your nut shiny , is to have them re chromed , works out around £60 per set plus vat from

Midland and Northampton Plating co

Northampton,

If you look through the tech fix section the details are there somewhere

thanks loz, maybe give the stainless steel a miss until I win the lottery

Andrew...see the thread on bolts...currently the "forum" set is with the Chromers awaiting the next order from a forum member, for them to be chromed......ok?

had a look, great deal probably sort them next month as I am having an inspection done by an Indy and they can change the bolts for me at the same time

Andrew, you need to give them 2 weeks + notice to ensure you get them on time...the less doing up and undoing them the better as the chrome surface will last longer, plus ask your indie to tape up inside of wheel brace cup or use a plastic cup on it!
