Hi Guys

I'm trying to work out what service I need done to the car this year.

Below is listed largely what's been done over the past few years. I'm thinking I might need my belts done, but not sure. Other than that I am thinking it is a standard annual service, possibly air filter as well?

2010 (39,000miles)
43,500 miles service was carried out.

2011 (43,500 miles)
Oil + Filter
Pollen Filter
Air Filter
PAS fluid, coolant and oil
Regas a/c
Spark plugs

2012 (49,950 miles)
Oil + Filter
Pollen Filter
Brake fluid
Air Con Treatment
Gearbox Oil Service (oil change)

Thanks guys

Agree with you, looks like a comprehensive history. Do you know if the lambda sensors and fuel breathers have been done?

Bill McGrath does an 'inspection service' where they go over the car for 3 hours and work out what it needs, and in what priority.

Sounds like a plan for mine, but maybe overkill for yours.

Catman - How much do they charge for that? I think as it has been serviced (and "Health Checked") and nothing has been pointed out, I don't think I really need that.

BigBob - One Lamda was changed last year. Fuel breather I have no idea about.

I just want to stay on top of the servicing and make sure that what is meant to get done is actually done.

Thanks Brendan. I'll probably leave things in the 56k miles services till when I get there.

Anyone had a belts service done? Any ideas on cost/if it is necessary?

Paul said three hours. Labour is £72 per hour inc vat (sounds very reasonable to me) so £216.

I agree it's probably not needed for yours, just thought I'd mention it.

I'd rather put that towards the actual service...they will pick up other items needing doing as they go along

This is a quote I got:

Additional 2 and 4 years items.
Power steering oil. £45.00
coolant. £40.00
Air con filter and regas. £160.00
Multi vee belt. £62.50
Caron filter. £192.50

All prices include parts, labour and VAT.

Many thanks
Dave (Fiorano Sports Cars)

I think the multi V belt is the same as the auxilary belt.
