Well they built us some nice straight roads! and Maserati, Lambo, Alfa, Ferrari etc etc
Noted a few weeks ago a great long stretch of road near to my house...turns out its a section of the Fosse Way so I did some checking on Goggle earth and noted that there is about 80% that still makes up the queens highways and passes some stunning countryside.
OK, so here is an idea for a event later in the year if there is a few who would like to join. 182 miles, 3 days 2 nights; and a chance for those who live close to join for part of the route if they cant/don't want to do the whole route.
Following the Fosse Way from Lincoln to Exeter, following where ever the route of the famous road built by those canny Romans.
Over night in Griddleton and Exeter.
