Is that just my impression or is it really quite 'slow'?
I feel it really slow, need too much arm-work when driving on narrow roads up the mountains.
Do you agree?

I'm guessing from your username you are an Alfa owner?

I had to recalibrate my reactions when I stepped out of my Citroën Dispatch van, with normal steering, and into my Alfa 156 with Alfa's super-quick steering; the first couple of junctions always felt weird.

yes I am, but between the Alfa and the Maser I had a bmw, and the steering was noticeable faster than this one

I agree Adam01, not Bathurst. But I agree with Dave, to drive a touring car around Mt Panorama must have been something else. Many fun years camping on the mountain watching the masters fly past.

Bathurst 12 hour? I've been out of Oz too long - haven't heard about it but it looks fantastic. Thanks for the heads up.
