Hi Brendan. Was the car you saw at a place called Exo Prestige? If so, I saw the same one when I was looking. It has a bit of history....

Not sure I would trust them to service it, no doubt needs numerous items sorting.

The bill can ramp up quickly (from recent experience).

I bought a high miler Range Rover from them. Rough around the edges, but no significant failures during 5 years ownership. As said above, not sure I would trust them for a Maserati, but they did have an impressive shed full of Lambos, Astons, etc, at the time.

Yeah thats the one. Tell me more...
So, that was Mario Balotelli's car. Apparently he was caught doing 187mph in it the day he bought it (so broken in gently). Also reportedly towed away numerous times for illegal parking and it had kippers stuffed down the seat as part of his team mates' prank....The garage was quite proud of the history at the time, but I guess they don't mention it much anymore....(google "Balotelli maserati" and it should all come up)

I also mentioned to them that it wasn't an MC "Shift" (its the MC SportLine) but someone else had told them otherwise

Car needed quite a few things sorting - brake disks were shot, tyres low too, service history was sketchy, so a no from me as well, although I liked the extra carbon fibre and interior. I saw it last September

It was Chalk and Cheese compared to Sam's MC Stradale car that he graciously took us out for a pootle around the block today.
With the car slung low to the ground and the throaty roar from his H pipe it clearly felt we were going faster than the we were or perhaps the other cars were going slow.

Glad you enjoyed it, pity the traffic was so heavy.
A trip in the Trabant wouldn’t have been quite so enjoyable :D

Bought a GTS!

Had to travel a bit, but it's a good un. I know it's black with a black interior and I told myself I wouldn't get one in this colour, but I did.

It has red stitching and carpets which look nice. MC of course. I still can't get over how loud it is on start up.20230520_195818.jpgIMG-20230510-WA0007.jpg

X pipe next, Stindig paddles & foot rest. New steering wheel, SM Apple CarPlay, alcantara head lining, AV engineering ECU upgrade, 22/25 mm spacers, lowering rear springs by 25mm and you’re pretty much there!!
Oh, and congrats.. the MC/Shift 4.7 is the dogs ******** sound wiseIMG_5169.jpeg

Congratulations - in my opinion it’s better to compromise on your choice of colour to get the best car you can.

Black on black is a good combo and it will make re-sale easier.

My black on black has black lining and black alloys
