Yes, the Pizza Hut, which used to be closed in the morning is now a Tim Horton’s which is open, making it quite a busy spot.

If you continue past the restaurant quarter to the car park in front of Homebase, that would be easier to park up close together, but with the disadvantage of being a long walk from a muffin.
