So 3200 may rise in 2 years due to a new market of the US opening?
I plan on buying when we can import them. Marci looks to be a beauty, and tho passed around a bit, she's been cherished.
edit: seriously, at current exchange that car is USD 12,360. plus a couple grand in shipping and misc. for less than $15,000 where can you buy a 1 of 1, twin turbo V8 Italian exotic beauty like that? Just checked, that same $15k will buy me a 20 year old Toyota Pickup with 100k miles. No contest.

I've been sorely tempted by this 3200 the last few times it's come up. Someone please buy it quickly so I stop looking at this thread!

It's super nice Ewan. I bought it from the chairman of the Maserati Owners Club. And Terry Hoyle that bought it from Graham (and sold it back to him) is a legend in Ferrari circles, I expect you know of him. I'm reliably informed that even in retirement, he still looks after super high value classics for the likes of Adrian Newey.

To be honest, it's worth more and really should be worth far, far more. I don't think it's much of a gamble for a while.

Stunning Verde Mexico 3200GT. A well known car here on the forum. I sold this car to Terry Hoyle the well respected Ferrari engine builder in the UK. He has owned the car since April 2020. In that time its been looked after by Myles at Emblem and just had a service locally in Essex in the last 200 miles.

Registered 1st September 2000 and comes with the 3200 private reg.

Absolutely stunning condition inside and out. The car was Lancaster Maserati's flagship demonstator and was ordered with £9000 of options on the interior including full green leather seats, forest green carpets, light green extended alcantara to dashboard, door cards and headlining. This is a one of one car. There are no other 3200s in the world with this specification. 68500 miles. Shows 64500 on the clocks. There was a speedo change at 4000 miles which is fully documented in the history file. The history file with this car is fantastic. stacks and stacks of receipts and a full service book fully stamped. 13 Services showing.

This is a beautiful car in the flesh and a real one off. Find another car in this condition at this price?

£11,000

The car is in Glasgow. I can help with shipping anywhere in the UK. Drop me a PM if you are interested and lets have a chat!

I have no doubts about the car itself. The problem is I don’t really need another green Maser. Then there’s the issue of storage at circa £1500 a year, and the even more thorny subject of telling my wife!

I didn’t think I would like the car but seeing it in the flesh when Greg had it changed my mind. Photos don’t do it justice.

I'd always worked on the basis that a stored car is less apparent to one's wife.

@outrun, if Ewan's too timorous on this one then get it bought, FFS!
