USB for music. Max size?

As above, I think I'm going to utilise the USB in the glove box (2011 GranTurismo MC-Shift with the full function USB slot) for my music needs, as from what I've read its the easiest way to listen to the music I want and retain the use of the steering wheel functions and have the albums, artist , song displayed on the screen correctly. Then use the bluetooth for taking phone calls and speed camera warnings via an App.

Is there a maximum size the car can deal with?
Or a preferred format or type?

Whats your experiences? will a 64 or 120Gb work? or will I have to settle with a 32?

Hi Sam. I think the car can handle a max of 999 songs, so USB size is neither here nor there.
