Tyres for GT-S

So, its on Pirelli P Zero (95Y) rated just now, so the default option is to replace like for like.

But, there are some other tasty bits of rubber around too and, as Maserati seems a little less rigid than Porsche (and its infamous N rated tyres), has anyone had decent experiences of any others?

I am specifically thinking of either

Continental Sport Contact 5P

Michelin Pilot Supersport

Bridgestone Potenza RE050A

Yokohama Advan Sport V103

From memory it's 95Y XL on the front and 100Y on the back.

I have just ordered a new set of P Zero rears. They are nearly through at 8k miles with 6mm or such left on the fronts.

Out of that lot I would go OEM Pzero or Contis.

Out of choice I would go Goodies Eagle F1's got them on the front of my GTS fabulous tyres.

Falken have just released the 453's, replacement for the 452's but I have not heard any reports on them yet, great tyre.

Would second the comments on the Goodyear Eagle F1s, BUT they were significantly more expensive than the OEM Pirellis and almost impossible to get hold of in the correct size for the rears. Have to say the Pirellis have not been bad, lasted 12000 miles on the rears and still got about 5mm left on the fronts at 14,500 miles.
