I think the gunk has a use by date on these, doesnt it?

I took the GS to Luxembourg last year and the previous owner had used the sealant - unfortunately, I couldnt get a refil in time - I took with me two cans of tyre seal from Halfords (I think Asda sell them too, for not much money).

I bid over £80 but didn't win. With postage makes £90 plus. Shame.

Did anyone here buy it?

I had to use a similar can of gunk on my Merc E55 and am told it renders the tyre useless and punctures cannot be repaired. Might be a trip to Halfords as you suggest Woody! I also see that 12V tyre compressors are cheap and plentiful on fleabay - just not OEM which is a shame.

Thanks

But tyre compressor only of use if tyre under inflated....if a puncture.......then need it reparied full stop......or use a spare....if tyre off rim....can't use either foam or compressor?!...costing £500 plus just for spare wheel.

P, the spare tyre on a QP needs to be inflated before you can put it on the car...
I did post a picture of one a while ago, strange looking thing!
