I can't use the word root anymore without thinking of the Australian meaning. Thanks to a comedian whom I've long forgotten.
I like Penny, because she has the biggest, rhymes with skits, of all the candidates. She's like the nice girl from a few doors down who appears quite straight. But, has a few interesting kinks to her personality. Alternately, she reminds me of a hot aunt, who you'd love to get drunk at Christmas and seduce, while the rest of the extended family are being merry downstairs. Clearly, I've given this far too much thought!

Rishi seems perfectly qualified for the job. Very few morals.

His wife was part owner of Lava Mayfair Club Ltd (a private membership gym), which collapsed last year owing almost £44million to creditors, including £374,000 to HMRC!

Another of Mrs Sunak's ventures... Mrs Wordsmith (an education business) went into administration last year owing £16.3million – after receiving a £1.3million loan from the Government's "Future Fund"!

Digme Fitness (which she owns 100% of) received up to £635,000 of furlough money... before it then closed its eight studios in London and Oxford... still owing HMRC £415,000!

Mr Sunak introduces the furlough scheme ... and the woman he's sleeping with benefits by up to £635,000!
Mr Sunak oversees the rules regarding Non-Dom status ... and the woman he's sleeping with benefits by over £20 million!
Mr Sunak is in charge of ensuring that the UK maximises its tax revenue... yet the woman he's sleeping with has been active in, or has owned, companies going bust owing a staggering £789,000 to HMRC!

Mr Sunak says his wife's tax affairs are none of your business.

Wattie, you ought to email that to whomever is moderating the BBC debate. Is it tonight?
If s/he read that list out and then asked each to comment, I'd anticipate a "You're no Jack Kennedy." moment.
I wish Penny had more of a killer instinct. Or maybe she just didn't want it as much.

My belief was, that whenever Sunak's wife, who looks like a complete ball buster, demands financial favours, or Daddy-in-law Deep Pockets demands favours, Sunak doesn't strike me as having the testosterone to say no.
You've just confirmed it.

And, how the f**k do you go into administration owing £16.3m, if you have the 'fail fast' mindset that was hammered into me by everyone I ever spoke to, when doing my social media start-up ten years ago!

Apparently - when Rishi was caught out over all the number 10 parties (he didn’t attend) and was then fined for- he asked to be treated as an American citizen and pled the 5th.

(Boris asked a donar to pay his)

Luckily Rishis wife told him it was tax deductible so win,win.

If those allegations are both true and because I can't decide which is worse, they both ought to be banished.
I suspect that The Queen still has the power to do this, because she's used it recently on her middle son.
