When is the "old" GT going to the new home?

The Stradale looks amazing

Thanks. Old GT is waiting for the PPI, which has been delayed.
The kids have been telling me to sell the 911 and keep the GT!

Thank you, really pleased and a lovely drive home.

She got drafted along to drive me 100 odd miles to collect the Strad so I hope so.
She has put up with my addiction to cars, not bad considering she is French!
My other half is French and she too is very good with my car addiction.
She finds it all very exciting :)

She doesn't, you just don't understand when she shouts "espèce d'idiot hippie anglais fou de voitures !" It might appear that she's enthusiastic, but the reality is the opposite.

Don't learn French, Phil!

The interior on the Strad looks great apart from the R and 1 buttons. Is the F1 plate same on all the GranTurismo models?

I had spacers on the old GT and wondered what the view is on fitting spacers on the Strad?

Get in touch with StickyPlastics on here. £50 for refinished R and 1 button - I think you send him the old ones.

Not sure where you are located but I think Sportsitalia were looking to provide a fit and exchange service.

I've got 20mm spacers on mine and it's fine. The wheels on a Strad are slightly wider in any event.

I was thinking of just ordering a new F1 plate so it would feel perfect but I think you can get a carbon fiber one too?
I had 20mm spacers on the old GT which looked great but wasn’t sure if it would upset something with ceramic brake?
The final thing would be an X/H pipe. I was planning to keep it standard but these two mods are easy to restore!

Spacers do not affect your brakes.
Ensure they’re hub centric spacers and you’ll be fine.
Ceramics only need care when washing or driving on loose surfaces in my experience

I am in the same boat with 1 R. I fancy carbon but they are dear.
Thought about stripping the leather off and getting the surround hydrodipped. I need to see the plastic underneath to see what quality it is though.
#Dman666 get your carbon people on it.
