The Eurospares pledge......anyone tested it?

Just noticed this on their site.....


Eurospares will not be beaten on price on parts in stock,new,used,refurbished or aftermarket.If you have been given a better price than we have advertised then simply contact one of our members of staff proving the part is available at another supplier cheaper in it's equivalent.And we will beat it.

Wonder if it extends to the delivery cost? I suspect not.

Not so bad if you have a number of items coming P, but they use a next day courier service that on less expensive parts is too much given there doesn't appear to be a Royal Post standard alternative. Don't want to dis' Eurospares; our lives would be a great deal more difficult without them, but I wish they'd look at their delivery options. It's directed towards the garage that needs the part regardless of cost, as time on a lift is expensive, but for us punters purchasing bit's and bob's, surely a RM alternative isn't beyond the will of man.
