Suspension Settings

Now I am starting to give the old girl a bit more of a thrashing I am wondering if my suspension settings are as good as they could be. Does anyone have a ballpark figure for ride heights? (Spring platform heights or a ground to wheelarch height). Also, I am led to believe that a rear toe-in of 3/16ths and a front of 1/16th works well. Any thoughts?

on a very similar note which has probally been discussed already on this site,i am experiancing on my 3200 what i would call rapid tyre wear on the inside edges of the front,all settings are well within the manufactures settings,and ive read this is a common problem with these,has anyone experimented with different settings and achieved an acceptable tyre wear rate ?
