Stub of hose coming of pierburg valve

Hi all,
Just checking that everyone who has a 3200GT has what looks like a vent hose going nowhere (about 3 inch long) coming off the top of a square valve arrangement (I think this valve arrangement is the Pierburg valve?). It is close to the front of the injectors on the left hand side on my car.

Have to admit I'm not very familiar with the boost set up, is it just a pop-off vent or something like that? Are there any ways it can be used. Sorry if this is a bit of a basic question.

hi,it is just a bleed/vent to atmosphere.no pipe fitted.so your ok,

Yes, I wondered the same when I was putting my engine back in, as Deano says its a vent.

From memory it just tucks under the TB top cover plate.
