It’s a lot of work for mediocre result.
Send them off and get them done properly so they never go sticky again and remain OEM.
I paid £1300 for the entire interior of my 360.
I can see your point on a 360 but when £1300 is 5-10% of the value of the car it’s a bit harder to justify.
Some of the results are actually quite good as well.

I think the results were quite good actually. I have also got a special clear spray to re-seal the surface. My concern was the cowling around the steering wheel which was always sticky but not something that one really needed to touch. It just annoyed me.
a guy who resotroes Fiat Coupes suggested using drain cleaner to get rd of the stickiness then this special spray.
