Steering rack rubber boots

On my relentless quest to fix every small problems, I just purchased this:

The one on the passenger side has already been changed (not sure why) to a cheap non OEM one that has hardened and is cracking. There is grease/oil around it. I hope there is no seal or bearing problem but could not find spares anyway. So if someone has the same problem, you know where to find it

Thanks for that, my guys glued up a split in one as a temporary measure.
This will sort it out properly.
