Just got home, good to meet you Andrea, Peter and Phil! A long day with a fair amount of waiting about, but all worth it whilst on the move.
Did it take you all ages to get out of/through Bristol? Horrific traffic. But once back into the open country roads it was another opportunity to stretch the legs of the Maser - I love that car!

Oh - as and pics are posted somewhere on the Internet can someone pop a link here please. I'd like to be able to show some of my sponsors how the day went... My mrs will be quite interested to see them too, but more as evidence seeing as I told her that I'd be back by early afternoon!

Was thinking you had a long way to go, least you had some company..our journey was great 5 mins from the M5 - stopped for fuel and home in 40 mins (motorway north was good for us, i think it's having J with me, like the parting - they all wanna see the Stradale go by...and i was starving!!) Great Car Dan- very lucky, beautiful ( and love the garage!)

Not sure which route you took Dan, we made it to Castle Combe and have just got back after treating Sophie to a nice dinner at the Manor House...still filming there so its like stepping back in time to 1914 with cart horse, dirt roads [so good how the Special FX's can make a place look so old].

Nice day, looooong wait to do the run, but a worthy cause.

ah do you know Andy - i had to follow that GT3 from Weston Super Mare to Cheddar - it's so mine, it's in Supercarhub colours, the sound was lush... i pounced on him as soon as he parked (poor thing) just loved it!.
